Plastic Surgery of the Breast in Southlake, Texas

This 41-year-old patient has two grown children and desired a significant volume enhancement for her breasts. She also had slightly asymmetric breasts to begin with. She underwent a breast augmentation with moderate profile silicone implants (375cc on the right and 360cc on the left). She is shown 3 months after surgery.

This patient is 35-years-old and has had 3 pregnancies. She was interested lifted breasts with a slightly fuller appearance. She also wanted to improve her abdominal contour and get rid of loose skin around the belly button. She underwent an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks and abdomen and a breast augmentation/mastopexy with 345cc moderate profile silicone implants. She is shown 3 months postoperatively. 

This is a 23-year-old female who has had 2 pregnancies. She was bothered by the deflation and drooping of her breasts but also did not like the size of her nipples. This patient underwent an augmentation/mastopexy with 405cc moderate profile silicone implants and a simultaneous nipple reduction. She is shown 1 month out from surgery.

She underwent a subfascial breast augmentation with 385cc full profile implants.

This is a 55-year-old female who lost a significant amount of weight after a gastric sleeve approximately 10 years prior to her consultation. She was interested in fuller and perkier breasts. She underwent an extended abdominoplasty with 360° liposuction and an augmentation mastopexy with 310cc moderate profile silicone implants. She is shown 3 months postoperatively.  

This is a 32-year-old mother of three who presented desiring improved breast volume, a flatter abdomen, and a contoured waistline.
